Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Within Pakistan
- Unstitched Suits, Home Décor & Accessories: 5-8 business days.
- Customized Products: 7-12 business days, depending on the design and production time.
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders of Rs. 6,000 or above.
- A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below Rs. 6,000. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
International Shipping
Currently, we primarily ship within Pakistan. If international shipping becomes available, eligible countries and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
